On rare occasion, togo leather bags from 2014-2015 can develop a tanned leather odor that is activated from heat during shipping. Whilst we ensure that these bags do not have odors prior to shipping, we cannot take a return if it develops one in transit. If you are sensitive, we recommend finding a bag of a different stamp year.

The item is located in our Asia office and will ship via DHL or FedEx with a signature requirement. On average, it takes up to 2 weeks for the bag to be shipped. We will provide a tracking number as soon as it is available. Please also account for a potential shipping delay due to the time difference.
